It’s All In The Process

If there is one thing this journey continues to teach me, it is this: It’s All In The Process.

Those words are more than a tagline for Ja’ja Chews®. They are the mandate and assignment over my life as I steward Ja’ja Chews®, a constant reminder that every step, season, lesson, and even every delay has a purpose in the process.

We can become so focused on where we are going that we forget to appreciate what God is doing while we are getting there. But I have learned that there is purpose in every step, even the steps we don’t understand at the time.

Ja’ja Chews began with a process. In 2020, during my own life transformational and wellness journey, it started with lemon, ginger and garlic. Raw honey later became part of that process. I didn’t know then what it would become. I simply had to be obedient with what was placed in my hands. And here we are. Six years later, I am still watching the process unfold.

More Than What’s Inside the Package

Something that has really touched me lately is hearing from those of you who continue to share your experiences with Ja’ja Chews. Every testimony means something to me.

Every time someone sends a message, places another order, tells a friend or simply says, “Patricia, I need some more chews,” I smile. Because I know Ja’ja Chews is not only about what is inside a package. There is a story behind every package. There is a person receiving it. There is a process happening that I may never completely see.

That keeps me humble. It also reminds me that my responsibility is simply to continue stewarding what God gave me the best way I know how. I don’t have to know every step ahead of me. I just have to be obedient with the step He gives me today.

“I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye.” — Psalm 32:8

That scripture has become so important to me because it reminds me that I don’t have to figure everything out on my own and right away. I especially love that I don’t have to rush. Rush is a spirit of the enemy of my soul, and the opposite of patience.

God gives the instructions. My job is to follow them.

I’m Grateful for the Process

When I look back, I can see that so many things I once thought were delays were actually preparation. Some things had to take longer. Some things had to grow slowly. Some things had to teach me patience. And some things simply had to go through the process.

That’s life too. We want the finished product, but God is often doing His greatest work in us while we’re still becoming.

So wherever you are today, don’t despise your process. Keep going. Keep listening. Keep being obedient. And don’t rush what God is developing.

I am grateful for every person who has purchased Ja’ja Chews, prayed for this business, shared it with someone, sent a testimony, encouraged me or simply followed along to see what God would do next. Thank you for being part of the process.
